Standard Form

Below shows the Standard Form of an equation of a circle:
\[{\left( {x - a} \right)^2} + {\left( {y - b} \right)^2} = {r^2}\]
where \(a\), \(b\) and \(r\) are constants.

You can shift the sliders a, b and r to change their values in the equation of the circle.


Instructions:

1. Adjust the values of a, b and r.
2. Check all the boxes.
3. Observe the coordinates of the centre and radius of the circle.
4. Repeat steps 1 ~ 3 for other values of a, b and r.
